The exporters of non-dutiable products will henceforth not be able to clear their goods for export under bond or undertaking (UT1) in accordance with the latest amendment dated May 26, 2010 to notification number 42/2001-CE(NT) dated June 26, 2001 (issued under Rule 19 of the Central Excise Rules, 2002 (CER)).
